V.6 PROJECT: Zoning Code Amendment No. 24006 amending Section 9.245.030 (Outdoor Advertising Displays) of the Jurupa Valley Municipal Code to Modify the process and regulations for the Special Outdoor Advertising Display and the Special Outdoor Advertising Display Overlay Zone Map and find that the project is exempt per Section 15061(B)(3) common sense exemption of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
V.4 PROJECT: Master Application No. 23253: Revised Permit No. 2 to SDP19078 to amend a Condition of Approval which requires the installation of an equestrian trail east of Building D and north of Building A; a horse corral around 5 individual horse stalls south of Building D, west of Building A, east of Building C and North of Building B; add a three rail fencing along trails, and adding bicycle stalls
V.5 PROJECT: General Plan Amendment No. 25002 to adopt the Pedley Town Center Plan as an "Area Plan" of the City of Jurupa Valley General Plan
