Public Hearing to consider a recommendation that the City Council deny Master Application No. 19016, consisting of a Change of Zone from Controlled Development Areas (W-2) and Rural Residential (R-R) zones to Medium Manufacturing (M-M) zone and Conditional Use Permit for the legalization of Insurance Auto Auctions, an outdoor vehicle storage and online-only auto auction use consisting of an automobile storage yard with capacity for up to 8,500 vehicles, online auction operations with no inperson bidding, and supporting office space with customer parking and make findings pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(4)

Public Hearing to consider 1) Adoption of a Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA25004) to update Chapter 9.305 (Senate Bill 9 Housing Developments) and Chapter 7.85 (Urban Lot Split Parcel Maps) of Jurupa Valley Municipal Code in accordance with State Law, and 2) Determining that the Ordinance is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3)
